About The Therapy Option

The Therapy Option specializes in the St. John Method of neuromuscular therapy including a focus on Structural Integration.
This pain management technique is based on the physiological principles of ischemia (lack of blood in the tissues), trigger points, nerve compression or entrapment, postural distortion and biomechanics in the treatment of soft tissue manifestations of the human body. Other massage services include therapeutic and deep muscle massage, lymphatic techniques, myofascial release and reflexology.
