Rebecca Perry is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the founder of The Shen Den, a private wellness studio on Long Island rooted in slow, intentional, nervous-system-led care.

Known for her deeply grounding approach to bodywork, Rebecca blends therapeutic techniques with restorative touch to support those navigating chronic stress, tension, pain, and overstimulation. Her sessions are designed to help guests feel safe enough to soften, creating space for both the body and mind to settle.

Through The Shen Den, Rebecca has cultivated more than a massage practice; she has created an experience centered around presence, warmth, and intentional care. Her work is guided by the belief that healing is rarely rushed, and that meaningful bodywork begins with making people feel deeply cared for.

Her signature sessions combine slow sustained therapeutic work, nervous system regulation, relaxation, and sensory elements in a way that feels both clinically informed and deeply human.
