Good morning Johaun, I wanted to reach out and let you know there might have been a billing mixup last week. At the last minute, Victoria Burrow stepped in to cover our COUPLES MASSAGE/BASIC/CLIENT 2 60 minutes on August 9th. She was great. But we ended up with an uncharge of $35 pp. Our session the month before with you and Abigail was $90 pp (which btw was an uncharge of $15 from when I had pre paid online - and we had to pay the difference at the front desk in July.) So across two sessions we went from $75 to $90 to $125 pp. To be honest, we wouldn't have booked at $250 plus tip in total, and we didn't reschedule for next month. Overall, the massages have been great and everyone has been really friendly. But we've been frustrated with the lack of transparency in pricing. We just wanted to let you know. Thanks! Liz & Matt
