About The Health & Wellness Hub

I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for the past 20 years! On the first day of class in my massage program, I fell in love with bodywork! Massage Therapy has given me a deep appreciation for everything our bodies do on regular basis just to keep us upright. While I started out working in spa settings, I quickly realized that deep tissue and therapeutic modalities were where my heart and ability laid. In understanding where I needed to be, I transitioned to working exclusively in medical and sports settings, as well as building my own private practice. Today I'm just as excited about the work I do as I was on my first day of class! I can't wait to work with you as you push toward meeting your personal health and wellness goals through the power of massage therapy!

Kandace is experienced in her massage skills as a fellow massage therapist I appreciate this. She knows how to go light to deep. I prefer a medium to slightly firm. She has many different techniques including stretching during the session. I love that she knows I do not like spa music and has a verity of playlists to listen to as well. It's hard to find a therapist who know what they are doing. Highly recommend checking her out.
