About The Fundamental Sense LLC

We spend much of our lives feeling the need to justify moments of play and downtime, yet championing productivity. As a result we are in a constant state of hurry, of fight or flight, of stress which elevates our cortisol levels. This wreaks havoc on all of our systems, leading to many issues including digestive and sleep problems... not to mention diminishing our quality of life. My goal is to work together with my clients to create intentional space in their life for slowing down, for play, for downtime. Through touch, energy work, and sound healing, we can access that intentional space and bring peace and calm to the nervous system allowing the body to naturally heal from the inside out.
