I am excited to work with all body shapes, sizes, differing abled persons and look forward to providing skilled services that will keep you excited about your wellness journey. I focus on encouragement, positivity and reinforcement of improvements made. My focus is to build lasting relationships with people of this community and allow the company to flourish from positive word of mouth and publicity.

Elevated touch focuses on the collaborative impact of team based approach towards wellness goals. I will assist in your body's natural ability to heal itself. We will attempt to eliminate together any habits or behaviors that are not contributing towards the clients wellness goals. The guy had too much to do in just an hour. I felt a lot more relaxed, but still having a couple of rough spots. Not from lack of skills, lack of time. Definitely going back for more! Also really enjoyed talking to the therapist. Very relaxing and empowering!
