About The Body Balance

At The Body Balance Massage, each session is customized to help you relax deeply, ease tension, and feel more balanced in your body. I blend relaxing Swedish massage with focused therapeutic work, deep tissue techniques, Ashiatsu, cupping, hot stones, hot towels, aromatherapy, muscle scraping, red light therapy, vibration therapy, and binaural tone therapy when appropriate. Located inside the beautiful old Park Hill Elementary School, on the second floor near Stacey Reynolds Private Yoga Therapy. Whether you’re coming in for stress relief, pain or tension, or a full-body reset, my goal is to create a calming, intentional experience that feels restorative while still addressing what your body needs most.
