About Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork — Assisted Stretching & Mobility Coaching is a culturally rooted wellness practice inspired by Nuad Phaen Thai, Thailand’s living tradition of assisted movement, breath awareness, and mindful touch.

Sessions are designed as movement coaching and wellness education—supporting mobility, flexibility, postural balance, and overall body awareness through assisted yoga-style stretching, rhythmic compression, and traditional Thai bodywork techniques. Every visit is customized: some sessions feel more stretch-forward and athletic, while others emphasize stillness, grounding, and breath.

What to expect: You’ll remain fully clothed in comfortable athletic attire (think yoga/workout clothing). Your session is guided with clear communication and consent, and adapted to your goals, ...

Jan is amazing. I’ve tried many different services, and while each one has its own benefits and perks, hers is the one that helped me the most. She focuses on improving flexibility and mobility and has an incredible ability to pinpoint the exact areas that need extra attention. I’ve booked several appointments myself and have recommended her to family, friends, and coworkers. Neck hurting from staring at a screen all day? Go see Jan. Back aching after being on your feet all day? Jan will help. Hips, hammies and glutes are tight and making it hard to walk? You guessed it—Jan! This treatment is great on its own, but I can imagine it being even more effective when combined with a good massage. I’ll definitely be booking another appointment.

Her approach is calm, intuitive, and very professional, and the assisted stretching and rhythmic movements helped release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. By the end, my body felt lighter, more open, and deeply relaxed—like everything had been reset. This wasn’t just relaxing, it was genuinely therapeutic and grounding. If you’re feeling stiff, stressed, or just need to reconnect with your body, I can’t recommend Jan’s Thai Yoga Bodywork enough. I’ll absolutely be back.
