Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking for first time appointments.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed minus a credit card processing fee of 4.5%.
- Rescheduling is allowed with no penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment and enforce the cancellation policy.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and respect for the therapist’s time, as well as to accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
