Since graduating from CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington in 2010, I have witnessed the many wonderful effects of massage therapy in one’s life, through my clients and even through my own personal experiences. Some of these effects include pain reduction, improved flexibility and improved posture, to name a few.

Sometimes it can take a variety of different bodywork therapies to correct a pain issue or muscle imbalance. Those can include Massage Therapy, energy work, sports medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, stretching.

In my Massage practice, I employ Deep tissue and Swedish techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Static/PNF/Active Stretching, Myofascial work, Scar Tissue work, Active Cupping, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Chakra Balancing, Cold Stone Therapy

 Sessions are often a combo of these modalities.

Sessions can be 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
