About Balance Bodyworks LLC

My goal is to help you reduce stress, address & alleviate pain and discomfort, and keep you operating in your optimal form. Sessions are customized for each client and may consist of a blend of modalities, which incorporates Swedish, Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports and Facilitated Stretching, and Hot Stone "hot spot" treatments.

My career in bodywork began in 1993 through Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City, CA and I returned to school and obtained my Colorado license through CIMT Colorado Springs in 2010. I have since worked alongside chiropractors and physical therapists and have maintained my own private practice, as well.
