About Sweet Peace Holistic Health

Sweet Peace is an intimate wellness center in Mid Coast Maine that supports total body health through the modalities of massage therapy, infrared sauna and soon to come, Halotherapy. 

We offer a variety of body work including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Couples Massage, and Prenatal Massage. We work with you to give an optimal experience of relaxation and healing.

Our couples massage was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was peaceful, the space was clean and comfortable, and Cindy and Tammy were professional and attentive. The massage itself was exactly what we needed—relaxing, rejuvenating, and perfectly tailored to help us unwind. We left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and completely recharged.
