My path to massage and skincare started in 2004 when I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy with a 1000-hr Massage Therapy Certificate which included training in Swedish, Deep Tissue and neuromuscular therapy. I attended the Denver Integrative Massage School in 2016 and graduated with a 600-hr Massage Therapy Certificate which included extensive training in Thai Massage. I started Sumana Massage & Skincare in 2016 and have been growing my practice ever since! In 2017, I studied Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki with Angela Lenhardt which I incorporate into all my sessions. It is a wonderful way to add a deeper layer to my work and really tune into what your body needs for healing. In 2019, I completed the 600-hr Esthetician program at the  School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics and obtained my Esthetician license the same year. I became certified in Ashiatsu barefoot massage in 2022 and have loved being able to add a deeper layer of therapeutic work to my sessions. I am always furthering my education by taking continuing education classes. I am passionate about bodywork and skincare and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge of the body and it's capacity to heal and grow.Â

I have found that the best results from massage are obtained through regular treatment. For that reason I offer packages that will allow you to pre-pay for massage sessions at a discounted rate. You can purchase packages in office at your next appointment or online.Â
