Stu used to be really good and for some he maybe, if you want deep tissue massage. I told him and wrote on my appt schedule what I wanted and what I DID Not want he did it anyway despite my repeating its too hard for me. and do not touch my neck. He did anyway and gave me an excuse why but my neck is fused and slippage at c7 t1 of 4 mm ..so no work on my neck. He repeated muscles need to be relaxed. I am in more pain than I was before. And came home with an allergic reaction to a sample cream he got from someone else which contained almond milk so allergic reacton and predsnisone to help me breathe, and nausa stop. I paid cash and did not get a requested receipt despite receiving 10 texts stating he sent them thru massage book well massage book sucks.
I never got one got home went to my pc and took a screen shot on my phone and showed him nothing was there deleted nor in my junk folder. When you pay cash you need a receipt and when you don't get one well............ It's up to you, he is great at deep tissue work if that is what you need and want then he's great. Otherwise find someone who listens to your wants and needs.
