Leah offers massage for relaxation, or for more focused intent to support recovery and management of injuries.  Her adaptable style blends Swedish with Deep Tissue work and "Lomi Lomi forearm flow". Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage techniques can also be integrated into your session.  She uses a trauma-informed approach to sessions, where open communication and client education are prioritized.  Reiki sessions are also available!

Service Received: 90 Minute Massage with Leah R.
I had a fantastic massage with Leah! She listened to my concerns that I had in my body, and she was very thorough in going over my pre-appointment questionnaire. She worked on the muscles that were causing me discomfort. Leah was able to work on my feet, which normally nobody can even touch! I felt amazing after my massage, and also the next day. I definitely found some relief from the pain I was experiencing. Leah is very knowledgeable and professional!
