About Spotswood Trail Massage

Spotswood Trail integrates various massage, reflexology and noninvasive body techniques for a unique-to-you experience. Whether you choose a relaxing massage to rejuvenate or a more therapeutic massage to address a specific issue, The Trail can help. General massages like Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release are available. Choose from more specific massages like cancer/mastectomy, tongue-tie and lymphatic stone massages. Hot stones, hot towels, massage cups and one essential oil are included in the pricing. Pricing is the same for all massages except massages that require additional products (lymphatic stone massage, Raindrop Technique). See the listing for all of the massage, reflexology, noninvasive body techniques and add-ons that are available.

Service Received: Integrative Massage (60 minutes) with Kathy V.

Kathy gives the best massages I have ever had, and I know everyone will really enjoy the peaceful, comfortable space she has created for enjoying them. Her massage table is so comfy! It also easily changes height to help shorter clients like me sit down upon it! Music is also so important me, and Kathy's selection each week always brings me joy. Now that I'm 74 and am a 24/7 caregiver, I have no extra time or energy left to exercise, and my joints are becoming stiff. I see Kathy at least once a week and could not continue caring for my husband at home if not for her therapeutic approach to massage. She uses a mix of many techniques to more fully meet a client's needs. Her way of working out knots causes little to no pain bc she uses hot stones to massage the muscles first. She even places some wonderfully warm, "fat" rocks on my palms so my fingers can encircle them and absorb their healing heat. Kathy is the first masseuse I've had who includes my stiff shoulder and hip joints as well as my muscles. Her "integrative" massages are much more than a relaxing experience for me. I am very blessed to have found her!
