During each massage your therapist will communicate with you

that we specialize in. Those techniques include myofascial release, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, hot stones, and CBD.
Each therapist has their own unique set of skills and
techniques, but we all have an deep understanding of all of the muscles and joints
in the body, how they work together for each part of the body. An understanding
of kinesiology of the body and the different pathologies that are possible.
At the end of each massage our therapist will ensure that you
have a better understanding of what is going on with your body bringing it with
it a sense of relief. You will gain knowledge on the why and if necessary, we
will refer out.
Our goal is to understand what it is that brought you to
massage therapy. To work together to restore your strength and mobility, reduce
or eliminate your symptoms, and invigorate your sense of self. You will leave
feeling refreshed, relaxed, and increase in range of motion and a decrease in
pain.
