About Sports Recovery Massage
My massage practice is focused on pain relief, muscle dysfunction, and movement. I offer a variety of massage and movement modalities from general relaxation massage to medically necessary treatments to help you function and move your body more easily. 
POLICY: Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me plenty of time to fill the slot. Clients receive reminder text messages and/or emails 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. You are welcome to make any necessary changes to your appointment at that time.
