Who is Trina Physick ?
Trina Physick is the sole owner of Body Balance Massage Therapy LLC and co-owner of Spa Wasted in Seal Beach. Trina started her career as a Nutritionist after recieving her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Foods from CSU Sacramento in 1999. After working in a variety of settings in the nutrition field, she fell in love with the idea of being more hands on and to treat the body in a holistic way by helping people heal both inside and outside of the body. She got her massage schooling from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA in 2011. Since then she has evolved and is still growing into being the best holistic health care practitioner she can be such as recently adding an Esthetican License to her resume of skills!
Service Received: Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Trina P.
Recently, I had a mid-face and neck lift. My recovery was going very well and at 2 weeks post-surgery, I began researching online how to speed up the healing process, decrease swelling and inflammation with a Post-Surgery Lymphatic Manual Drainage Massage.
The Lymphatic Drainage Massage was wonderful. In this customized session she also included light therapy, facial mask and special serum followed by cryotherapy. I am sure there were other things in her “bag of tricks” that she used on me today. The results were very satisfying.
The swelling and discoloration on the sides of my face was less and the lumps were noticeably softer. In addition, my skin looked fabulous.
I bought a package of 3 Lymphatic Massages on the way out and I cannot wait for the next one.
