Who is Trina Physick ?

Trina Physick is the sole owner of Body Balance Massage Therapy LLC and co-owner of Spa Wasted in Seal Beach.  Trina started her career as a Nutritionist after recieving her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Foods from CSU Sacramento in 1999.  After working in a variety of settings in the nutrition field,  she fell in love with the idea of being more hands on and to treat the body in a holistic way by helping people heal both inside and outside of the body.  She got her massage schooling from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA in 2011.  Since then she has evolved and is still growing into being the best holistic health care practitioner she can be such as recently adding an Esthetican License to her resume of skills!
