Licensed as a Massage Therapist since August of 2021 after completing the Massage Therapy Program at Ivy Tech of Bloomington IN,  I use techniques that have been pracriced and proven to relax your nervous system, alleviate chronic pains and stress, rejuvenate blood flow, and create lasting effects that ease tension in body and mind. Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Lymph Drainage, Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretching, Range of Motion/Posture Analysis,Guided Meditation, Pranayama and Aromatherapy are the different modalities of Massage offered.
