The experience was comfortable, soothing, and professional. I had a little trouble finding the place because it is in an internal suite that is part of a large business building with no signage for it on the outside or on the lobby directory. However, I used my appointment reminder to get the suite number and then was able to find it easily once inside the building. Restrooms are available in the main building, not in the spa suite, and you need an unlock code to use the restrooms, so be sure to ask.
