About Soothe Total Wellness

Whatever your answer, that is what I aim to create.  We all heal differently.  We inherently know that certain therapies work for us, while others don't.  I am here to meet and exceed your massage expectations.  I want you to leave feeling healed and comforted.  

I am Tina, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years of experience ranging from the spa environment to teaching to poker room massage.  I ran and owned my own business in Maryland for several years and loved catering to my clients.  By the time we moved, I had over 250 clients.

I have received massage therapy on 3 continents as a global traveler and around the United States for 10 plus years. My first massage with Tina was in 2019 and she has been doing weekly massages for me for the last 5 years as she is the best massage therapist I have ever met. Tina is extremely knowledgeable and constantly learning new techniques and finding better ways to give everyone a uniquely tailored experience. Her work is so good that since a few injuries and surgeries, I have hired her for complete head to toe massages to support my physical therapy and recovery needs. Tina has done more up to 5 consecutive hour massages with me than I can count over the last 4 years. Tina is every bit as fantastic a human being as she is massage therapist and as I have learned from her open-minded approach to our world, I have become happier, healthier (mentally and physically) and my life and my work/social relationships have been enhanced as I gradually embraced ideas and books introduced to me by Tina. Tina has become a valued member of the extended family for both my wife and I. Soothe truly expresses all of the wonderful elements of Tina’s knowledge, compassion, love of learning and elite skills.

I’ve had many massages over the last 15 years or so for one reason or another. Most of the time they’re just ok. Tina did an amazing job giving me back my range of motion and she worked on muscles I didn’t even know I had that were locked up. She knows what she’s doing. I’m so relieved to have found her. Soothe is very nice, clean and relaxing.
