New Client Special - $25 Off Any Integrative Massage Session

Hello and welcome Soma + Spirit Massage & Bodywork, LLC. I’m Kate Braniff, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. I attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts where I studied Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, reflexology, chair massage, and oncology massage as well as lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my site.

I specialize in customized massage experiences, where each session is tailored to what you need today. Whether you're in pain, stressed out, or just need a maintenance massage, we can work together to create a unique session geared toward your goal.

My interest in massage began when I was  5-years-old. My mom, who was a registered nurse, often asked me to rub her tired and sore feet.

Years later, after working in the stressful world of public relations and marketing for a number of years, I was burned out, tired and sore, myself. The pain in my neck and shoulders prompted me to seek out a massage therapist, not knowing what to expect. She worked on all of my "knots" and sore spots and I felt relief for the first time in years. This inspired me to drop my marketing job and become a massage therapist.

Soma + Spirit is your go-to space for pain relief and relaxation. It’s a safe space for everybody and every body. We will work together to come up with at treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs.

More and more research is demonstrating the benefits and of massage therapy for issues such as sleep promotion, circulation, and pain relief.

It’s time to do something nice for your body and mind. Book your appointment today. I suggest the integrative massage, which includes techniques from multiple modalities and is customized just for you. Are you really stressed out and want more focus work? Try a two-hour session.

In my free time, I enjoy playing disc golf with my husband and fur babies, cooking, baking, gardening, playing pickleball, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends and family.
