Arrival to your session:

Please complete your intake form online. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your session’s-start time. This allows for an unhurried experience, and we can get started promptly at your start time. Brief consultations under 15 minutes are included with your booked service.

Please arrive showered and scent-free for your treatment. Though some of our body treatments include cleansing the skin, they are not designed to substitute regular hygiene practices.  

CancellationPolicy:

First time clients are required to pay for their service in full upon booking online. You will receive emailed confirmation of your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours prior to yourappointment. 

Late cancellations & no shows may be subject to fee equal to the total costof the scheduled service and prepaid tip. No call/No show to your appointmentmay result in being banned from receiving services at Soft Day Spa. 

All determinations are made at the discretion of management and/or practitioner of service.
