If you have previously booked a session at our Saratoga Springs location, please check in with your massage therapist for location details, or text 801-400-3257 with questions.

The grounds at the Sleepy Ridge location are beautiful and Emma is truly wonderful—she is kind, understanding and intuitive. She seems to know exactly how much pressure to use and where to focus on. She also understands the mind and body connection; I felt like I learned a lot from her just in conversation. I have had a number of massages in the past, but I can honestly say hers was one of my favorites. I would highly recommend Emma!
