Katrina, Ellie and Christina are amazing massage therapists who have been practicing for many years and can help you to meet your physical and mental wellness goals. 

Katrina Smith gives an incredible deep tissue massage and enjoys helping with all kinds of injuries. She does amazing lower back work enjoys adding cupping and hot stones to massages to give the client the most relaxing and therapeutic experience possible. 

Ellie Carter has worked alongside a chiropractor for years to help with specific injured areas. She gives a wonderful deep tissue or restorative and relaxing Swedish massage- helping mind body and soul. She is talented with cupping and lymphatic drainage, and can add them to any regular massage. 

Christina Meyers specializes in helping with headaches and migraines, sports massage, and somatic release. Schedule a lovely 90 minute with her to release tension you have been holding onto for years, and spring into living your best life! 

We have beautiful couples massage rooms, and you can schedule a couples massage together in the same room or in side by side rooms. If you have any questions or want to schedule on another day besides Friday or Saturday message Christina at 801-400-3257
