Cancellation Policy

Slayter Wellness LLC requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Appointments can be canceled online up to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee:
   
  • 50% if canceled with 12–24 hours’ notice
  • 75% if canceled with 2–12 hours’ notice
  • 100% if canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice or in the case of a No Show

Missed appointments must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled. After three missed sessions, future bookings will no longer be accepted.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, that time may be deducted from your scheduled session.
