Hello and welcome! My name is Stephanie. I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist. My goal is to provide a professional massage session that revolves around your individual needs, whether you just need to relax or need more targeted, therapeutic work done, or a combination of both. My main goal is to help you achieve your goals for your session and help you feel better than when you arrived. I use a combination of massage techniques during each session. Some methods used are slow, flowing massage strokes, deeper trigger point type methods, rocking, friction, tapping, gliding cupping,  range of motion, light stretching, etc…I offer aromatherapy free with each session as desired and a table warmer adjusted to your preference. Hot towels are provided during the session to help promote relaxation and for you to wipe off any excess oil or lotion used during your session as needed. For a small additional charge, hot basalt stones, hot Himalayan salt stones, or a cold stone facial are available, which are incorporated into your session.
