About Self-Care Solutions (for women)
We live in a hustle and bustle world with many responsibilities and demands on us.  Many facets of life contribute to health and wellness. Self-care is critically important for balancing the stressors that contribute to DIS-ease.  We are increasingly aware of ways to take better care of ourselves, and as women, we need to make ourselves a priority for the benefit of others. Care-givers often do not get care!  
My goal is to support the body's natural ability to heal and find its optimal balance by incorporating massage therapy, reflexology and essential oils protocols for healing of body, mind and spirit. Various pressures and techniques are used for optimal benefit, and customized to individual needs.
