• To reserve your appointment, you are required to enter a credit card. Nothing will be charged to your card at that time. Payment will be collected the day of your appointment.
• For GROUPONS, you may book online and reserve your appointment by entering a credit card. Bring your Groupon with you the day of your appointment and the credit will be applied to the appointment. All Groupons will be honored regardless of expiration.
  • If you purchased a 3 or 5 pack through Groupon, we will add your package to our system at the time of your first appointment.
• Special requests for gender, pressure, specific modalities, students, etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • For gender preferences, our school maintains a learning environment where all students, regardless of gender, are to be treated with the same professionalism and respect expected in any clinical or medical setting.
  • You may add a note to your booking or call 314-325-9600 for special requests, which will be reviewed and accommodated when possible.
  • You are responsible for 100% of the cost of your appointment if not rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior.
