For many years, I have supported individuals on their healing and personal growth journeys through massage therapy, bodywork, energy work, and wellness coaching. I have seen how easily we can fall out of balance in mind, body, or spirit—and how restoring that balance can transform our lives.

My work blends hands-on therapeutic care with holistic wellness coaching to support the whole person. I offer a safe, nurturing space to release tension, reconnect with your body, explore your goals, and gently move past what may be holding you back. My first ever massage. I felt way better than I thought possible bc my tight muscles were causing me more pain than I realized. I was sore for a few days afterwards but nothing requiring any medication to soothe. Kathrin was amazing.
