I honestly didn’t know what to expect going in, but this ended up being one of the most grounding massages I’ve ever had. Ruby made the space feel calm and safe right away, and nothing felt rushed or awkward. She checked in without overdoing it and really seemed to follow what my body needed instead of sticking to a routine. I came in pretty tense, especially in my hips and low back, and left feeling lighter and more settled than I expected. This isn’t a spa massage where you zone out and leave. It felt thoughtful and very intentional. If you deal with stress, anxiety, or just feel disconnected from your body, Sacred Warrior Wellness is worth checking out.
