The concentration on each muscle is what makes the service complete. She doesn't rush through and the relaxation continues after the service! You don't leave feeling like you need a massage. I would recommend to anyone needing a deep tissue touch without the deep tissue pain.

Service Received: 60 Minute Custom Massage with Tracy F.
Tracy is a skilled therapist with an amazing touch and the ability to blend modalities to fit the situation at hand. I'd heard of cupping, but never experienced it before. It's not what I'd call an especially relaxing part of the treatment, BUT, I can honestly say it gave me more noticable and lasting relief than weeks of previous massage sessions elsewhere (and it doesn't take up the entire session.) The room is cozy, but not cramped, and the bed and covers comfy and just right. This was my second session with Tracy at Sacred Roots Healing, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend you give it a try.

I have had massages at fancy resorts in Vegas, Miami and New York — not a single one of those held a candle to Sacred Roots. Tracy was incredible at finding the tense muscles and getting the knots worked out. Then she did an amazing job of explaining how the tensed muscles impacted other muscles, and what I could do (in between massage sessions) to prevent them staying tense. I rebooked my second massage with her on the spot. Thank you so much, Tracy!!!
