The body is designed for strength, motion, and flexibility. When those systems fall out of balance, stiffness and pain settle in—we call this “Tinman Syndrome.”
Like the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz, the body needs maintenance, alignment, and movement to operate the way it’s meant to.
That’s where we step in.
What Makes Us Different
Think of us as body mechanics, not spa therapists.
Just like a car needs maintenance to run correctly, your body needs upkeep to move pain-free.

Restores motion, posture, balance, and functional movement

Helps you hold your progress so alignment doesn’t disappear
This is functional healing, not temporary relief.
What We Legally Do
In medical terms, massage therapy is the skilled manual manipulation of soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments) to:
- Reduce pain and tension
- Improve circulation & mobility
- Support injury or post-surgical recovery
- Manage symptoms like stiffness, swelling, fatigue, or stress
- Enhance performance & physical function as part of a broader care plan
As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), my scope of practice is soft tissue and muscle manipulation only.
I do not perform chiropractic adjustments, diagnose injuries, or replace medical treatment—but my work can support, reinforce, and complement those systems for better outcomes.
Techniques We Use
We take pride in being unconventional and results-driven with methods such as:
- Body Tempering / Weighted Compression
- Trigger Point & Deep Tissue
- Mobility + Movement Reinforcement
- Rocking, Myofascial Work, and Positional Release
This isn’t a spa.
This is work.
And work creates change.
Mindset matters:
It may be uncomfortable in the moment, but the benefits outweigh the discomfort.
Pain is not the enemy; dysfunction is.
Appointments & Expectations
As of January 1st, 2026, we are traveling only — sessions are available at homes, gyms, and workplaces.
What you need:
✔ Athletic clothing (no undressing required)
✔ Space to move, stretch, and work
✔ A willingness to participate in your own recovery
We don’t “fix you.”
We work with you to build lasting results. What happens outside the session matters just as much as what happens during it.
Cancellation Policy (Effective Jan. 1st, 2026)
- Same-day cancellation fee: $40
- Must be paid before booking your next appointment
- We respect your time — please respect ours

We’ll guide the process, apply the pressure, break down the restrictions, and help build you back up—but only you can decide to commit to the habits that create long-term change.
We can help get you where you need to go.
But only you can choose to walk that path.

- Wednesday: 10 am – 8 pm (hours depending on childcare)

- Saturday: 10 am – 8 pm

Half the time in bodywork, half in fitness training.

Body Work Only
Focused entirely on massage therapy.

Student Rates (21 & under, school/college)
- 60 mins – $70
- 90 mins – $100
- 120 mins – $130 (with Fitness only)
Membership & Perks Update
- Memberships: No Memberships Required Currently
- Flexible Scheduling: If availability allows.
- Referral Rewards: Earn $50 off for every friend you refer!
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fee is not active, same day cancellation is $40 charge to account.
- Wellness Tracking: Continue to receive Body Fat Calculations and Symmetrical Body Taping to track your progress.
A Personal Note
My mission has always been to teach you how to care for your body and to push you toward becoming the best version of yourself. If home therapy isn’t the right fit for you, I’ll personally refer you to trusted therapists who can continue your care.
