About Root and Flow Bodywork LLC

I believe that the power of massage lies in using kind, skilled, purposeful touch to encourage healing in my client's body, mind, and spirit. For me, massage is a shared meditation between therapist and client and I bring a trauma informed approach to every session. 

I incorporate many modalities into each massage session including myofascial work, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, craniosacral therapy, and pregnancy massage.  

Whether you are seeking massage to ease tension and pain, to increase flexibility, to regulate your nervous system, or to improve your relationship with your body, I would love to work with you soon!
