About Root and Flow Bodywork LLC

I believe that the power of massage lies in using kind, skilled, purposeful touch to encourage healing in my client's body, mind, and spirit. For me, massage is a shared meditation between therapist and client and I bring a trauma informed approach to every session. 

I incorporate many modalities into each massage session including myofascial work, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, craniosacral therapy, and pregnancy massage.
