About Rise and Shine Massage

Rise and Shine Massage delivers targeted therapeutic bodywork for clients who need healing beyond the 9-to-5. Whether you're starting your morning with self-care or winding down after a night shift, I offer deeply restorative massage tailored to your needs. My specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, CranioSacral, Thai, and pain-relief techniques such as Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Myofascial Release. With 15 years of experience and a current role teaching massage therapy at Delta College, I bring a deep well of knowledge and skill to create a custom session every time.
