Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She’s so sweet and very professional. Her techniques are amazing. She’s the first therapist to do myofascial work on me and it has made a tremendous difference in my day to day life. I typically get deep tissue massage with cupping, hot stone, and stretching techniques on a weekly basis while working, but since getting the myofascia work done I can tell a major difference! Use to my body would be so tight and in pain by the end of the week when I would be nearing time for a massage and I’d get muscle cramps during the week, but now my body moves and feel better and with each session I get more and more movement and elongation of my muscles. It is intense starting out, but Jennifer is very in tune and responds based on your tolerance level. After the first session and sticking to it, now it feels like when I get any other massage. I highly highly recommend!! Especially if you’re like me and suffer from extremely tense muscles, have a job always on your feet on hard concrete floors, and/or if you’ve ever had injuries because she has fixed aches from injuries from years past (ankle sprain, wrist fracture, and spinal stenosis)
