About Revive and Thrive Massage Therapy

I am a trauma educated massage therapist and Reiki practitioner specializing in nervous system support and holistic wellness. My approach combines therapeutic bodywork, energetic flow, and mindful care to create a safe grounding space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and restore balance. 

I work with the nervous system through intentional techniques designed to support relaxation, stress recovery, and over all well-being. Every session is client-centered and tailored to honor each person's unique healing journey. 

My goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and more connected to themselves through compassionate touch and restorative healing practices.

Alisha is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. She’s incredibly intuitive and somehow always knows exactly what my body needs, whether that’s deeper work to release tension or a more gentle, relaxing massage. I love that she can read what I need without constantly interrupting the session, which makes the whole experience feel peaceful and personalized. Her technique is amazing, her new space is beautiful and calming, and every appointment is consistently a great experience. I can’t recommend Alisha enough!
