About Restorative Bodywork

Rose, owner of Restorative Bodywork, specializes in her signature “hurts so good” deep tissue massage that goes beyond simple relaxation. She combines deep tissue, cupping, and instrument-assisted techniques to help active individuals recover from muscle tension, prevent injury, and keep moving at their best. Her mission is to support clients in staying strong, mobile, and able to enjoy the sports, hobbies, and activities they love most.

Service Received: Therapeutic Massage with Rose L.

I’ve been looking for a massage therapist since moving to Austin for YEARS and haven’t found one yet that truly helps me relax & release tightness. This was my first time seeing Rose today and she went above and beyond and was so friendly. It doesn’t feel like she just goes through the motions of a massage, she takes the time to feel your unique muscles and adapt the massage to what you need. I had insanely tight traps and not only did she get out my gnarly knots and release my tightness, but I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the massage! I love how cupping is included. Her space was relaxing, and she even gave me a cute bag with chocolate, tea, and Epsom salt. I can’t wait to go back! 10/10 recommend Rose!!
