I cannot recommend Bree enough! I was nervous to receive any sort of treatment with how painful my injury was but was so pleasantly surprised with how gentle and beneficial the MLD was! She provided the most calming MLD treatment that put me at ease and had me leaving feeling better than when I had walked in! If you’re on the fence about MLD, do it!

I booked a 1 hour + hot stone massage with a 30 min nap. This was truly amazing and I loved that I did not have to rush out right after my massage. The entire experience was very relaxing. Bree, was very thorough & knowledgeable and knew the exact areas that needed the most attention. She worked with additional tools and gave recommendations to minimize my issues and relieve my pain. 100% will go back very soon!
