Summer is almost here!

I’m a licensed massage therapist originally from Wisconsin. I’ve been practicing for nearly a decade. I’m still learning where my place here in West Virginia is but I’m glad to call it home. My family is from the Wheeling/Bellaire area, and Charleston has been a bit of an adjustment. I started Repose WV LLC in hopes of growing my practice to continue offering my services to you . 

I’ve always been fascinated with Anatomy and Physiology, but before I was trained in Russian Sports Massage at SOCHI in North Hollywood, California I received my undergraduate degrees (Anthropology and Religious Studies) from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2012. 

I started my career off as a Physical Therapy Aide (pelvic floor therapy) and Yoga Instructor (womb health) and have fortunately had the privilege of learning a few more modalities along the way. As of late, I find that many clients benefit from trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching techniques integrated into their sessions. However, don’t get me wrong, I enjoy offering something relaxing with aromatherapy and hot stones.

In addition to practicing massage therapy, I enjoy reading (ask me about my collection!), I’m an EKG Tech/HUC at CAMC General, and you might even get to hear about a few of my travels. 

I became a massage therapist because I’m smitten by the musculo-skeletal system of the human body. I approach all clients from a trauma-informed perspective and I find that giving therapeutic touch is humbling.
