About Renewed Empowerment Wellness

With over 10 years of experience behind every session, each therapeutic massage is personalized to how your body is feeling that day. Sessions may include deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point work, with pressure always adjusted to your comfort.

Each session looks at the bigger picture: how posture, movement, stress and daily habits may be contributing to tension and tightness. The goal is to help you feel better both on the table and long after you leave.
