About Renewal Massage & Fitness
Welcome to Renewal! My name is Michael and I have been a Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist since 2019 as well as a Certified Personal Trainer since 2015. I use a wide variety of massage techniques ranging from neuromuscular and trigger point work for chronic pain and muscle soreness to a relaxing Swedish massage for tension and stress relief from daily life. With my combined knowledge of massage therapy and personal training I have a unique insight into the human body that allows me to help my clients achieve a healthier pain-free lifestyle.
