I went to see Sam because I was suffering with chronic sciatic nerve pain on my left side. I've had lower back pain in the past but this was new. Sam was able to create a workout that included stretching exercises to help alleviate the pain and address the nerve sensitivity that I was experiencing. I highly recommend visiting Sam if you are struggling with chronic pain.
