About [re]active manual therapy

[re]active manual therapy is a private massage practice centered on highly individualized, orthopedic-informed bodywork shaped by 12 years of professional practice, trained in New York, with academic study in Health and Human Performance.

Drawing from deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, orthopedic massage, myofascial techniques, and supportive therapies such as cupping and heat when appropriate, each session is thoughtfully adapted to the needs of the individual rather than defined by a single modality.

Intentionally small by design, the practice emphasizes skilled hands-on care, thoughtful treatment, and an unhurried approach to relieving pain, restoring ease of movement, and supporting long-term well-being.
