In this traditional "table-style" massage therapy, I combine the best of Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and/or Myoskeletal Alignment Technique®, all to create a truly unique massage experience--better than any spa and all in the comfort of your own home.

Traditional Thai Bodywork
Traditional Thai Bodywork combines the best of acupressure, joint mobilization, deep muscle compressions, and yoga-like stretches; all in a rhythmic, deep breathing style for a well-rounded session. It rarely oils or lotions; is performed on a floor mat, with the receiver fully clothed in their own loose fitting clothing or workout wear.
Each treatment is based on Thai Medical Theory with the focus of rebalancing the body’s elements. I also incorporate my Western styled modalities of Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy to make for a full rounded and most effective treatment.
Included in most sessions are Thai Herbal Compresses which have been imported directly from Thailand. The heat and vapors of the herbs in the compresses allow for a deeper and more soothing treatment, thus making the muscular system more accepting of the structural improvements. There is no extra charge for the use of these compresses. Please wear loose fitting and dark clothing as the herbs from the compresses may stain.

Watsu® - Warm Water Aquatic Therapy
WATSU® is warm water Shiatsu massage and the world's leading form of Aquatic Bodywork, developed by Harold Dull at Harbin Hot Springs, CA. It incorporates the stretches and meridian pointwork of Shiatsu while being floated in the calming comfort of a 92 - 96°F indoor pool.
Only when the body feels and trusts the state of weightlessness, is it able to truly drop into emotional bliss. This state contributes to the mind, body, and emotions to unwind to experience their universal connection and calm.
