I’m Rae, a somatic and massage therapist offering trauma-informed care for those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or at war with their own nervous system. My work honors the understanding that trauma lives in the body, and that healing happens not through force or fixing, but through attunement, consent, and deep listening.
