New Client Initial Session

The first session can be scheduled for 60, 90 or 120 minutes in length. Expect to see long-term changes after approximately 4-6 follow up sessions; typically 1-2 sessions per month. 

FAQ’s

Why isn’t gratuity a separate charge?

• I like to make life as simple as possible! By including gratuity in the listed price, you know exactly what you’re paying and I know what I’m earning. It takes out the guessing for me on the financial side of things. This is just my way of trying to help simplify everyone’s life.

What if I need to reschedule?

• I understand things come up and life happens. We can assess the situation and work from there. Consequently, arriving late may result in a shortened session to ensure punctuality for all clients. Please note that full service fees will still apply even if sessions are abbreviated due to tardiness.

What is your cancellation policy?

• A 72-hour notice is required for any changes to your scheduled appointments (including cancellations.) When appointments are canceled or missed without adequate notice, I’m often unable to fill that session spot. Consequently, a 100% service fee will be charged for missed appointments. To mitigate this we require a credit card to be kept on-file. Emergencies and illnesses can occur unexpectedly and therefore, every situation is taken into full consideration. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment, I kindly request that you reschedule your session. Additionally, inclement weather may necessitate last-minute cancellations. While I strive to provide advance notice of any closures or cancellations due to weather conditions, I appreciate your cooperation in informing me of any safety concerns that may affect your ability to attend your appointment.Your safety is paramount, and I encourage you not to jeopardize it by attempting to keep your appointment under risky conditions. Generally, late cancellations due to emergencies, illness, or inclement weather will not incur missed session charges, although exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Why do you need 72 hours notice for a cancellation?
 

• As an independent business owner, it's crucial to have ample time to fill any canceled spots. If a cancellation occurs within the 72-hour window, we can easily reschedule within the next two weeks at no extra cost. However, repeated cancellations of rescheduled appointments will incur the full charge as per our cancellation policy.
